for Movement is pleased to announce
the opening of a new studio
space at 34 Summit Grove Ave.in Bryn Mawr. The expansion is the
result of an
increased interest in pilates and a commitment to offer the best
pilates
instruction in the finest environment. The studio is fully equipped
with
meticulously crafted, Gratz equipment. We continue to serve our
clients with
early morning appointments and evening hours.
Beginning Level Mat/Tower
Class now offered Saturday mornings at
10:00AM
This is a great introduction to Pilates and the Tower equipment
in a small group. The practice of pilates increases awareness of
the use of the core muscles (abdominal, pelvic and spinal) to improve
balance, flexibility, posture and increase range of motion in the
body. Pilates is an integrative body/mind workout that can
be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels.
