Mat
Classes and Private Sessions are offered Monday through Saturday.
A Mat Class is 50 minutes and should always be scheduled in advance
to insure a spot.
There is a limit of 6 students per class, with most classes including
wall unit work.Private Sessions are 55 minutes and require advance
scheduling.
An introduction to Mat Class is recommended for anyone new to Pilates.
Pilates is a challenging and rewarding way to exercise. The introductory
classes will provide the fundamentals of the floorwork and familiarity
with
the language.
A minimum of 5 sessions is suggested. Please inquire about our introductory
specials. Open Level Mat Class is designed for basic and intermediate
level students.The intermediate sequence of mat exercises is taught
with additional work on the wall unit, magic circle and weights
included. The movements may be individually intensified according
to the client’s strength.
